Full Time Students

A full time student will attend the AMTB Monday-Thursday. We offer morning and evening classes or a combination of both; providing today’s busy student with flexible educational opportunities! Two required weekend seminars will be held during the 6 month course.

Morning classes begin at 8:30 am and end at 1:30 pm with a ½ hour lunch and breaks at the discretion of the instructor. Evening classes begin at 5:30 pm and end at 10:30 pm with a ½ hour dinner and breaks at the discretion of the instructor. Weekend seminars will begin at 9:00am and end at approximately 4:00pm with a 1 hour lunch and intermittent breaks, both Saturday and Sunday.

Part Time Students

A part time student may wish to complete the program over the course of one year. You must take the Anatomy and Physiology course before Massage Theory and Practice. You will then attend school twice a week, either in the morning or the evening, and the hours remain the same as above.

Course Waiver Procedure

During the admissions process it may be determined whether a student may test out of the Anatomy and Physiology portion of the program. Eligible students must have 300 hours of Anatomy & Physiology in order to qualify. The student must also obtain a test score of 80% to waive this course. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly if a student tests out of this portion of the course.

If you will be requesting a course waiver for Anatomy and Physiology, transcripts will be required.
