Instructor: Krista Morris, LMT
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a form of very light touch that encourages lymph flow in the body. This type of massage is great for detoxification and can assist with cellulite treatments, scar tissue, spider veins, redness, acne, and overall well-being.
A therapist trained in lymph drainage stimulates the lymph system, which is located directly beneath the skin, by using light, circular, pumping movements. MLD massage can be used as a part of your regular massage routine or as a whole body treatment.
Students, please bring a full set of sheets and a towel. A minimum of six students are needed to hold the class; any less may warrant a change in the class date.
