Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Instructor: Krista Morris, LMT
Date: April 20-21, 2020 (Note: This is a Monday/Tuesday class)
Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a form of very light touch that encourages lymph flow in the body. This type of massage is great for detoxification and can assist with edema, scar tissue, spider veins, redness, acne, and overall well-being.
A therapist trained in lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymph system, which is located directly beneath the skin, by using light, pumping movements. Lymphatic Drainage Massage can be used as a part of your regular massage routine or as a whole-body treatment.
Supplies: Students, please bring a set of sheets (pillowcase, too), a large towel to wrap around your body, and a small hand towel.
Note: The class needs a minimum of four students; any less may result in a change in the class date.
