PNF stretching is an effective way to increase range of motion using facilitated stretching and resistance from the client. This provides a deeper stretch.
Supplies: Please bring with you a set of sheets, a large towel, massage cream/oil of your preference, and wear comfortable clothing.
Parking: There is a parking lot on Hanover Street (behind the train tracks) that is a paid parking lot. The parking kiosk takes change (coins). Please be mindful of parking in front of AMTB and other High Street Businesses.
There are a minimum and a maximum number of students for this class. AMTB reserves the right to cancel or change the class date should the minimum not be met.
