Myofascial Release is a safe and effective modality that involves non-invasive pressure on myofascial connective tissue to help remove pain and restore motion in clients. The use of this modality allows therapists to look at each client as a unique individual. Students of this Myofascial Release class will learn specific techniques meant to balance tissue and improve their clients’ range of motion.
Supplies: Students, please dress comfortably and bring a set of sheets (pillowcase, too) and a large towel to wrap around yourself.
Note: There is a minimum of four students needed to hold this class; any less may result in a change in class date.
