- Athletes and Stretching
- Stretching for Clients and Self Care
- AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) – dynamic, short hold, muscle lengthening way of stretching. Upper and lower body based on Dr. Aaron Mattes principles of AIS. Great for pre and post-event treatments
Students, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a set of sheets and a large towel.
Parking: Please be mindful of parking in front of AMTB and other High Street businesses. There is a paid parking lot on Hanover Street and can be paid using the ParkMobile app.
