This class will cover the following aspects of Sports Stretching: PNF STRETCHING (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Upper and lower body.

- PNF Stretching (Contract/Relax Stretching)
PNF stretching is an effective way to increase range of motion using facilitated stretching and resistance from the client. This provides a deeper stretch.
Students please wear comfortable clothing and bring with you a set of sheets and a large towel.
Parking: Please be mindful of parking in front of AMTB and other High Street businesses. There is a paid parking lot on Hanover Street and can be paid using the ParkMobile app.
