DESCRIPTION:Lymphatic Drainage Massage Level Three \nTime: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM \nCost: $399 \nCEs: 16 \nInstructor:  Wilda Del Carmen\, LMT \nDesigned for practitioners who have completed Levels 1 and 2 with the instructor\, Wilda Del Carmen. This advanced course delves into techniques of facial manual lymphatic drainage. Students will refine their understanding of anatomy\, physiology\, and pathologies related to the head and neck while expanding their knowledge of lymphatic mechanisms within the urinary and cardiovascular systems. The course covers various causes of edema\, lymphatic disorders\, and post-surgical care for aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Through hands-on practice\, participants will master specialized techniques\, pressure application\, and client positioning\, ensuring safe and effective treatments. Contraindications\, treatment modifications\, and ongoing developments in lymphatic surgeries will also be explored. \nPrerequisite: Completion of the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Level 1 and 2 two-day course with Wilda Del Carmen is required before enrolling in Level 3. \nSupplies: Sheets\, blanket or towel\, and wear comfortable clothing \nParking: Please be mindful of parking in front of AMTB and other High Street businesses.  There is a paid parking lot on Hanover Street and can be paid using the ParkMobile app.
