Student Orientation

Conducted on the first day of class for both courses. This orientation introduces the students to the Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks, the resources available to them and the Student Handbook.

Students are provided with information regarding programs, available services, policies, procedures, student activities and any other relevant information.

Prospective Students are encouraged to enroll in our free introductory class to find out more information regarding our academy programs.

A graduation ceremony will be held at the completion of the program. Graduates and The Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks will coordinate a convenient time for the ceremony.

Tutoring is available to qualified students in good standing. Arrangements can be made through the school director and instructor.

Career Services

The Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks will post current job opportunities available to all qualified students and graduates with local businesses offering employment in massage therapy and related modalities. The opportunities will be placed on the job/student bulletin board in the student lounge, as well as being forwarded via email, to all graduates. The administration will always be available to discuss these and any other job opportunities with regard to getting started as a massage therapist. We cannot guarantee job placement, but we will assist the student and graduate in any way possible.
